This West Coast IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile driven by a trio of Equinox, Amarillo, and Vic Secret hops. It opens with an intense aromatic burst of lime, pineapple, and citrus zest, characteristic of the modern hop varieties used. The Equinox provides a unique herbal and green pepper nuance, while Vic Secret introduces tropical depth. A lean, clean malt backbone provides just enough structure to support the 7.6% ABV without detracting from the hop focus. This American IPA is defined by its crisp, dry finish and a firm, resinous bitterness that lingers pleasantly, exemplifying the refreshing, hop-forward nature of the style.

Appearance. Medium gold (6-8 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with layers of grapefruit, lemon, and lime from Amarillo and Equinox, paired with passion fruit and pineapple notes from Vic Secret. Low, clean, grainy maltiness. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and assertive. Strong hop flavors of tropical fruit, resinous pine, and citrus pith. Medium-high bitterness that is firm and clean. Low, neutral maltiness with a very dry, crisp finish and a lingering, bitter aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate-high carbonation. Displays a subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth from the 7.6% ABV. No astringency.
