This modern West Coast IPA presents a luminous, lean profile shaped by Pilsner malts and rice flakes, ensuring the hop showcase remains the focal point. A potent dry-hop addition of Citra and Galaxy drives an exuberant aromatic profile defined by fresh peach, tangy pineapple, and zesty passion fruit. The palate is brilliantly crisp, delivering a firm, clean bitterness that cuts through the light malt backbone. It finishes exceptionally dry and refreshing, capturing the exhilarating energy of its namesake surf break with a lingering tropical resinous note and a snappy, clean conclusion.
