Showtime is a saturated Triple IPA that balances intense hop expression with a formidable 10% ABV. The aromatic profile is defined by a complex dry-hop blend: Simcoe provides deep layers of pine and resin, while Cashmere adds soft melon and lemon zest notes. Loral Cryo contributes a focused herbal and floral elegance, contrasted by the creamy coconut and tropical punch of Sabro. On the palate, the beer is remarkably smooth for its strength, showcasing a clean malt base that allows the vibrant stone fruit and citrus flavors to dominate. This Double IPA finishes dry with a lingering, resinous bitterness and a well-integrated alcohol warmth.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8-10 SRM); moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with dense lacing; slight haze is present but acceptable for the style strength.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring prominent notes of coconut, tropical fruit, and lemon zest; secondary layers of pine, resin, and delicate floral herbs. Supportive neutral maltiness with light grainy notes and a clean, warming alcohol presence.
