Señor Robato is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated double dry-hop profile. The sensory experience is led by the punchy, tropical notes of Mosaic, contributing layers of ripe mango and blueberry. Ella hops introduce a delicate floral nuance with hints of star anise, while the classic Chinook provides a grounding backbeat of grapefruit zest and resinous pine. Together, these hops create an intense, juicy aroma that dominates a soft, bready malt base. It finishes with a gentle, restrained bitterness and a smooth, pillowy texture that invites another sip, perfectly capturing a modern juicy character.

Appearance. Golden straw to light amber (4-6 SRM). Opaque haziness with a luminous shine. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring mango and dark berries from Mosaic, floral and spicy nuances from Ella, and a distinct grapefruit and pine resin finish from Chinook. Low bready, grainy malt and light fruity esters in the background.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma's tropical, citrus, and pine notes. Malt is supportive and bready. Perceived bitterness is moderate but rounded and soft. Finishes off-dry and smooth with a lingering citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, plush, and creamy texture. Moderate carbonation and low alcohol warmth. No astringency or hop harshness.
