A potent dry-hop blend of Citra, Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook drives a nostalgically dank aromatic profile, saturated with notes of resinous pine and bright citrus peel. The palate delivers a firm, persistent bitterness supported by a clean, slightly malty base that provides just enough structure without crowding the hops. Assertive and punchy, it finishes dry and crisp, showcasing the resinous character of the classic C-hops alongside a modern, clean fermentation profile typical of high-quality West Coast examples from the hoppy beer boom.
Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity; pours with a dense, white, persistent head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent dank, resinous, and piney notes. Citrus characteristics like grapefruit and lemon zest are evident, supported by a low, clean, grainy malt sweetness and a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Strong hop flavors of pine, resin, and citrus zest dominate the initial impression. A medium-high bitterness is immediately present and lingers into the finish. The malt profile is clean and supportive, offering light toasted notes. The balance is decidedly hop-forward, ending with a dry, crisp aftertaste.
