This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant tapestry of tropical and citrus notes. The double dry-hopped addition of Citra provides sharp bursts of grapefruit and lime, while Azacca contributes deep mango and papaya undertones. El Dorado rounds out the profile with a distinct candy-like pineapple and ripe stone fruit sweetness. The aromatics are supported by a clean, bready malt base that ensures the hops remain the primary focus. With its soft, pillowy texture and restrained bitterness, it delivers a juicy, approachable experience typical of the style, finishing with a lingering essence of tropical nectar and a smooth, clean aftertaste.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM) with a pronounced, opaque haziness that gives off a luminous glow. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by mango, pineapple, and passion fruit. Significant citrus notes of lime zest and ruby grapefruit are present. The malt provides a subtle, neutral background of soft dough and crackers.

Taste. Immediate explosion of tropical fruit flavors, specifically ripe mango and pineapple, followed by a bright citrus middle. The hop bitterness is low to moderate, providing structure without harshness. Malt flavors are lightly bready and grainy, supporting an off-dry, juicy finish.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, soft, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency or hop burn.
