This sessionable take on an American IPA showcases the vibrant New Zealand Rakau hop, delivering an expressive sensory profile dominated by ripe stone fruit and tropical nuances. Aromas of lush apricot and peach lead the way, supported by a subtle undercurrent of zesty lime. On the palate, the Rakau hops provide a burst of passionfruit and resinous pine, balanced against a clean, lean malt backbone of pale grains. A crisp, firm bitterness defines the structure, leading to a refreshingly dry finish. The experience is bright and aromatic, emphasizing hop intensity without the weight of higher alcohol.

Appearance. Medium gold in color with a slight haze. Features a medium-sized, white head with good persistence and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent stone fruit such as apricot and peach, alongside tropical passionfruit. Low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hops. Fermentation is clean with very light citrus esters.

Taste. Strong hop-forward impression with flavors of ripe apricot, peach, and a hint of resin. Low, clean, grainy malt provides a neutral base. Bitterness is medium-high and clean. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is medium-high, and there is no perceptible alcohol warmth or astringency.

Esta american Amber Ale te pega primero en la nariz con el pomelo, caramelo y cuero, que parten de una generosa dosis de lúpulo Simcoe seco. En el paladar, Arraun Amber Ale está perfectamente equilibrada por una robusta columna vertebral de malta con matices de arce, y con un acabado limpio y fresco.
