Its pale, translucent yellow body serves as a clean canvas for aromas of pine bark, fresh-cut grass, and delicate spring flowers. On the palate, a light cereal malt backbone supports a firm yet balanced bitterness. Appearance. Pale yellow to light gold (approx. 5-6 SRM). Brilliant clarity and translucent. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with good lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent grapefruit, tangerine, and resinous pine bark. Subtle notes of fresh-cut grass and floral esters are supported by a low, clean, grainy maltiness. Fermentation profile is neutral and clean.
Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of citrus and tropical fruit. Medium-high bitterness is firm but clean, balancing a low cereal-like malt flavor. Features resinous and piney hop notes in the mid-palate. The finish is dry with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste and no harshness.
