This vibrant Wild Specialty Beer bursts with an intense, tropical profile driven by a massive addition of mango and passion fruit. The appearance is remarkably dense and saturated with color, reflecting the brewer's intent for a fruit-forward experience. On the nose, lush tropical fruit dominance is met with a sharp, spicy tickle of ginger and a clean, lactic sourness. The palate is dominated by tangy passion fruit and juicy mango, balanced by a firm acidity and a subtle, warming ginger finish. While it retains the wild, acidic edge of its base, the sheer fruit volume creates a luscious, smoothie-like density.
