A specific hop profile featuring Simcoe, Superdelic, and Riwaka drives an intense, juicy character. The nose is dominated by an aromatic elbow drop of passion fruit and zesty pink grapefruit, layered with distinct notes of ripe red berries. On the palate, a soft, bready malt base provides a canvas for these tropical flavors, balancing a subtle sweetness with a restrained bitterness. Appearance. Vibrant pale yellow (3-4 SRM) with a characteristic heavy haze and opaque, luminous quality. Topped with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that shows excellent retention and lacing.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth mouthfeel. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated. No astringency or raw starchiness is present.
