This hoppy lager elevates the classic German Pils framework with a bold dry-hop addition of Mosaic hops. It pours a brilliant straw gold, releasing a high-intensity bouquet of blueberry, tropical fruit, and citrus that melds seamlessly with a light, cracker-like malt backbone. On the palate, the lean, doughy malt presence provides a clean canvas for the Mosaic to shine, offering flavors of tangerine and berries against a firm, crisp bitterness. Highly attenuated and refreshingly dry, it finishes with a lingering, minerally snap, maintaining the precise fermentation character of a traditional lager while showcasing modern aromatic intensity.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3 SRM); brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring Mosaic-derived notes of blueberry, tangerine, and tropical fruit; supported by a low, grainy-sweet and doughy malt character. Very clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial light, cracker-like malt flavor is quickly overcome by a firm hop bitterness and flavors of citrus and mixed berries. The balance is decidedly bitter and crisp, leading into a very dry, clean finish with a lingering minerally snap and hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderately high carbonation that creates a crisp, refreshing sensation. Very low alcohol warmth and no astringency.
