Basqueland Knockout is a quintessential Hazy IPA designed for maximum impact, delivering a vibrant sensory experience defined by its luscious, fruit-forward profile. The aroma is dominated by a potent bouquet of sun-ripened peach and juicy cantaloupe, supported by underlying tropical layers. On the palate, the hop expression is high in intensity, delivering waves of stone fruit and melon sweetness that masks a restrained, soft bitterness. Its signature opaque appearance leads into a pillowy, medium-full mouthfeel that enhances the 'juicy' character. This beer showcases a clean fermentation, allowing the hop oils to shine with a smooth, off-dry finish.

Appearance. Deep straw to pale gold (4-6 SRM) with a persistent, meringue-like white head. Brilliantly opaque with a characteristic hazy shine, free from any visible particulates or yeast clumps.

Aroma. High intensity hop-driven aromatics featuring prominent notes of ripe peach, cantaloupe melon, and a medley of tropical fruits. Clean, neutral malt provides a faint bready backdrop without any toasted or caramel notes. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. Immediate explosion of juicy tropical fruit, specifically cantaloupe and stone fruit flavors. Malt flavor is low and bready, serving only to support the hops. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft body. The finish is clean and off-dry with a lingering fruity aftertaste devoid of hop harshness.
