This Hazy IPA pours with a luminous, opaque glow, presenting a tropical nebula of aromas driven by a double dry-hop addition of Mosaic Cryo, Rakau, Mosaic, and Ella. The Mosaic Cryo and traditional Mosaic lead with intense notes of blueberry and overripe mango, while the Rakau introduces succulent stone fruit facets. Subtle floral and spicy nuances from the Ella hops provide complexity against a soft, bready malt backdrop. On the palate, it delivers a lush, velvety texture and a vibrant explosion of juice-like flavors, culminating in the characteristic Interstellar balance of deep fruitiness and a refined, slightly bitter finish that ensures high drinkability.

Appearance. SRM 4-6; dense, rocky white head with excellent retention and thick lacing; opaque, luminous golden-yellow with a soft hazy shine.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant aromas of tropical mango, blueberry, and stone fruit from the Mosaic and Rakau hops, complemented by a light floral lift. Background malt is neutral and lightly bready. Fermentation esters are fruity and well-integrated with the hop profile.

Taste. Intense wave of tropical fruit and ripe apricot; low grainy-sweet malt flavor supports the massive hop load. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and smooth, never harsh. The finish is balanced and slightly fruity with a clean, lingering hop presence and a hint of pithy bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Devoid of astringency or hop burn.
