Imparable IPA is a quintessential West Coast India Pale Ale that showcases a vibrant hop profile through a meticulous dry-hop regimen of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra. Appearance. Deep golden color (approx 7 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Medium-sized, white head with good persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, mango, and blueberry, backed by a distinct piney resin from the Simcoe and Mosaic. Low, clean, bready malt sweetness provides a subtle background. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and bright. Flavors of tangerine, tropical fruit, and resinous sap dominate. Low grainy-sweet malt presence. High hop bitterness that is firm but not harsh. Finishes dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy, bitter aftertaste.
