This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant tropical bouquet driven by a heavy dry-hop of Mosaic, Ella, and Cryo Loral. The aroma leads with Mosaic’s signature blueberry and ripe mango, layered with Ella’s bright grapefruit and passionfruit notes. Cryo Loral adds a sophisticated floral elegance and a touch of lemon zest to the profile. On the palate, the experience is soft and pillowy, mirroring the beer's opaque, straw-colored appearance. A restrained bitterness allows the juice-forward hop character to shine against a backdrop of bready malt, concluding with a smooth, off-dry finish that emphasizes drinkability and hop depth.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM) with an opaque, hazy shine. Features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and substantial lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring mango, blueberry, and passionfruit notes from Mosaic and Ella, complemented by a refined floral and citrus perfume from Cryo Loral. Low bready malt and neutral fermentation esters in the background.
