This sophisticated Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant sensory profile driven by the YCH303 trial blend and Phantasm thiol precursors. A soft, dense base featuring torrified wheat provides a fluffy, pale canvas for an explosion of tropical lollipop and tutti-frutti aromas. The dry-hop combination of Citra, Comet, Belma, Galaxy, and Topaz delivers complex layers of succulent peach, bright white grape, and mixed berries. On the palate, the hop intensity is high yet smooth, supported by a gentle cereal malt character. It finishes with a refined, juicy fruitiness and a restrained, integrated bitterness that underscores its sophisticated, modern hop expression.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (4–6 SRM); opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), peach, and white grape; notable berry-like esters; background of soft, bready malt and a clean, neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Punchy flavors of tropical candy, ripe stone fruit, and berries; low to moderate bitterness that is exceptionally well-integrated; light bready malt flavor; finishes soft and off-dry with lingering fruit notes.
