Basqueland Hereafter presents as a quintessential Hazy IPA, defined by an explosive, multi-layered hop profile. The double dry-hopping with New Zealand Cascade and Motueka provides a vibrant citrus foundation of lime and lemon zest, while Sabro introduces a distinct creamy coconut and tropical stone fruit depth. Loral Cryo adds a delicate floral and herbal nuance that elevates the sensory complexity. A soft, bready malt presence supports the intense fruitiness without intruding. This beer delivers a smooth, juicy experience with a pillowy mouthfeel and restrained bitterness, finishing with a lingering tropical essence and clean fermentation profile that emphasizes hop-derived biotransformation.

Appearance. Deep straw to light gold with a dense, opaque haziness that provides a soft, luminous glow; topped by a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics lead with lime zest and lemon peel from the Motueka and New Zealand Cascade. This is followed by a distinct tropical coconut and pineapple note from the Sabro and a subtle floral, peppery hint from the Loral Cryo. The malt character is low and bready, serving as a neutral base.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit and citrus. Prominent flavors of lime, coconut, and peach dominate, supported by a low, grainy, bready malt character. Hop bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft, off-dry finish. The aftertaste is clean, emphasizing lingering tropical fruit notes over any harsh bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and no harshness. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth, almost creamy mouthfeel. There is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth consistent with its 6.1% strength.
