This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant bouquet driven by Cryo Citra and Amarillo hops, delivering a punch of Meyer lemon, orange zest, and ripe peach. The use of Vermont Yeast amplifies these notes with succulent stone fruit esters. It presents a luminous, opaque golden glow with a soft, pillowy texture. On the palate, the intense tropical fruit and citrus flavors are supported by a clean, bready malt base, while the double dry-hopping ensures a massive hop presence without harshness. The finish is smooth and juice-forward, making for a highly expressive and modern drinking experience.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4–6 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a brilliant shine. Large, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of pink grapefruit, tangerine, and tropical mango. Complementary notes of ripe peach and apricot emerge from the yeast esters. Background malt is neutral and bready, lacking any caramel or toast.

Taste. Explodes with flavors of sweet orange, lime zest, and stone fruit. Malt provides a soft, grainy foundation. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft water profile and full body. The finish is off-dry and exceptionally smooth, featuring a lingering citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and rounded mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, but the beer remains creamy rather than hot.
