Basqueland’s Gold Fronts is a vibrant Hazy IPA that gleams with a pale, opalescent radiance. Built upon a plush foundation of Pilsner malt, oat flakes, oat malt, and raw wheat, this double dry-hopped offering delivers a silken mouthfeel that carries an intense hop payload. The quartet of Krush, Ella, Simcoe, and El Dorado Lupomax hops creates a multifaceted profile of drippingly ripe stone fruit and zesty grapefruit. These bright citrus notes are balanced by a playful fruit candy sweetness and a sophisticated, resinous dankness. It is an aromatic powerhouse that remains remarkably drinkable, harmonizing lush tropical depth with a clean, refreshing finish.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3-5 SRM); opaque with a brilliant hazy shine; thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring ripe peach, apricot, and zesty grapefruit; distinct resinous, dank undertones are complemented by a sugary fruit candy sweetness; low bready and grainy malt notes provide a neutral backdrop.

Taste. Explosive fruity hop flavors mirrors the aroma with peach and citrus dominance; very low, soft bready malt flavor; low to medium-low perceived bitterness that is smooth and never harsh; off-dry finish with a lingering tropical and dank aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture from the oats and wheat; moderate carbonation; very smooth with no astringency and a subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
