Aroma. High intensity aroma featuring heavy chocolate, cocoa, and pronounced toasted hazelnut. Notes of dark caramel and brown sugar are prominent, layered over a background of roasted coffee and subtle dark fruit esters like raisins. No detectable hop aroma.

Taste. Intensely flavorful and sweet with an initial impression of liquid fudge and hazelnut praline. The 9-malt base provides a complex foundation of toasted bread, espresso, and dark chocolate. Bitterness is low to moderate, serving to balance the residual sugars without becoming aggressive. The finish is lingering and sweet, characterized by caramel, cocoa, and a hint of roasted acidity.

Mouthfeel. Full to very full-bodied with a thick, chewy, and velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate. Noticeable but smooth and integrated alcohol warmth. High creaminess with zero astringency.
