This Hazy IPA offers a luscious, juice-like experience, dominated by an intensive triple-threat of Citra hops. Utilizing Citra T90, Citra Cryo, and Citra BBC, the sensory profile explodes with saturated notes of sweet tangerine, pink grapefruit, and ripe mango. The milkshake influence introduces a velvety, pillowy texture that softens the hop delivery, creating a rounded, smoothie-like character. A pale, bready malt backbone provides enough structure for the tropical intensity without adding distracting toastiness. Clean fermentation and a restrained bitterness ensure the focus remains on vibrant citrus oils, culminating in a smooth, fruit-forward finish that captures the essence of a sun-drenched grove.

Appearance. Light gold (5 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a vibrant, glowing sheen. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity citrus and tropical fruit. Dominant notes of mango, lime zest, and orange marmalade from the various Citra formats. Background of sweet, doughy malt with a light, creamy sweetness. Clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. Intensely fruity, led by lemon curd, passion fruit, and sweet citrus. Malt flavor is low, resembling bready flour and light grain. Perceived bitterness is low-moderate, well-masked by a soft, rounded sweetness and full body. The finish is off-dry and exceptionally smooth, with a lingering tropical aftertaste devoid of hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth mouthfeel with light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency or hop burn.
