This Hazy IPA offers a vivid sensory experience defined by a sophisticated hop profile featuring Mosaic and Superdelic. On the nose, Mosaic delivers its signature blueberry and bright citrus, while the innovative Superdelic variety introduces layers of red fruit and tropical complexity with a distinct candy-like sweetness. The palate follows with an intense burst of sweet fruit, supported by a soft, pillowy malt backbone that enhances the beer’s substantial body. With its characteristically opaque appearance and low bitterness, this double dry-hopped ale emphasizes depth of flavor over sharp edges, resulting in a lush, fruit-forward profile that lingers with a clean, tropical finish.
Appearance. Color ranges from straw to light amber (3-7 SRM). Hazy, nearly opaque clarity with a luminous shine. Persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent blueberry, sweet citrus, and tropical fruit. Mosaic provides distinct berry notes, while Superdelic adds a candy-like red fruit character. Low, neutral, bready malt in the background; clean fermentation with no diacetyl or caramel.
Taste. Very high fruity hop flavor dominated by blueberry, tropical mango, and pineapple. Low to medium-high bitterness that remains soft and smooth on the palate. Low bready malt flavor supports the hop intensity without adding sweetness. Finish is off-dry and clean with a lingering juicy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, soft texture. Moderate carbonation. No perceived alcohol warmth or harshness. Not thin or watery, maintaining a creamy, substantial feel.
