This Hazy IPA offers a vibrant sensory profile driven by the unique Kohia Nelson hops, supported by the classic aromatic interplay of Mosaic and Simcoe. On the nose, it delivers an intense bouquet of passion fruit, bright lime, and zesty kumquat. Visually, it presents the signature turbidity of the style but surprises the palate with a leaner structure and a notably drier finish than typical examples. The elevated carbonation enhances the citrus-forward brightness, cutting through a subtle, bready malt backdrop. It is a refreshing, aromatic, and highly drinkable expression that balances tropical depth with a crisp, clean, and modern exit.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3-5 SRM) with a deep, uniform haze and a luminous shine. It supports a voluminous, persistent white head with a fine, meringue-like texture and excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex hop-forward profile. Dominant notes of tropical passion fruit and tangy kumquat blend with fresh lime zest. A clean, light-bready malt character sits in the background, free of caramel, while fermentation esters provide a neutral to subtly fruity support.

Taste. The initial impression is a burst of tropical and citrus fruitiness, echoing the kumquat and lime aromas. The malt provides a soft, grainy foundation but stays lean. Hop bitterness is moderate, providing enough structure to balance the fruit. Unlike many in its class, it finishes quite dry and clean, with a lingering citrus peel aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body, departing slightly from the typical fullness of the style to favor drinkability. Carbonation is high and lively. There is a smooth texture without being creamy or heavy, and alcohol warmth is nearly imperceptible.
