Our latest IPA is a truly juicy and flavorful beer that pushes the boundaries of what’s possible. By adding New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grape powder Phantasm® to the whirlpool, we’ve been able to extract thiols and create a whole new range of rich tropical notes during fermentation.

To create this unique brew, we hopped the mash with cascade and added Idaho 7 along with the addition of Panthasm during the whirlpool, then fermented with Whitelabs Tropicale yeasts. And to top it all off, we added Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Citra Cryo on the dry-hop to round out the hop additions.

The end result is an intensely aromatic and flavorful beer that’s bursting with notes of guava, passion fruit, mango, and grape, along with a distinct hint of pebbles. We’re thrilled to have pushed the envelope with this brew and can’t wait for you to try it!
