This Hazy IPA is an explosive sensory showcase of thiol-unlocking technology and modern hopping. The inclusion of Phantasm powder during the whirlpool amplifies the intense aromatics of Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Idaho 7, delivering a saturated profile of guava, passion fruit, and sun-ripened mango. High-biotransformation Tropicale yeast enhances the juicy character, while the Cascade mash-hopping provides a foundation for the distinctive Sauvignon Blanc grape and mineral pebble notes. It pours with a beautiful opaque glow and a creamy head, offering a soft, pillowy experience that highlights the synergy between innovative ingredients and the bold hop oils of Citra Cryo.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM) with a dense, opaque haze that creates a luminous shine. Topped with a persistent, meringue-like white head that leaves significant lacy rings on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity; a massive burst of tropical fruit featuring guava, passion fruit, and mango. Distinctive vinous notes of white grape from the Phantasm and Nelson Sauvin are prominent. The malt is a supportive, neutral grainy presence, while the yeast contributes a clean, tropical ester profile without any clashing phenols or spice.

Taste. Intensely juicy with an initial rush of tropical fruit salad and white grape juice. The hop flavors mirror the aroma with mango and citrus zest from the Citra and Citra Cryo. Bitterness is low to moderate, providing just enough structure to balance the soft malt. It finishes off-dry and smooth with a lingering tropical sweetness and a unique mineral, pebble-like quality.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated at 6.8% ABV. No harshness, astringency, or hop burn is present.
