This Hazy IPA presents an intense, juice-forward profile driven by a complex, multi-layered hop blend. Simcoe, in both Cryo and T90 formats, provides a foundation of passion fruit and resinous pine, while Yellow Sub introduces lush notes of apricot and stone fruit. The addition of Ella and Vic Secret contributes vibrant layers of pineapple, grapefruit, and a distinct tropical zing. On the palate, the hop intensity is supported by a soft, pillowy malt base that provides a grainy, bready backbone. Expect a smooth, silky mouthfeel with a restrained bitterness that highlights the massive dry-hop character, finishing with a lingering tropical fruit sweetness and a clean fermentation profile.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic haze and luminous shine; no visible particulates or yeast clumps. Thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring explosive notes of pineapple and passion fruit. Prominent stone fruit qualities of apricot and peach are balanced by citrus zest and a subtle resinous undertone. Malt character is clean, neutral, and lightly bready, serving as a subtle backdrop to the hop-forward profile.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavor dominated by pineapple, grapefruit, and ripe stone fruit. The malt flavor is low to medium, providing a soft, bready graininess. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate and notably soft, avoiding any harsh or sharp edges. The finish is off-dry and smooth, with a lingering aftertaste of tropical fruit and citrus.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but subtle. No astringency or raw starch texture.
