This Cold IPA showcases a brilliant, lean profile achieved through lager yeast fermentation, emphasizing a crisp and highly drinkable character. The aromatic profile is dominated by a vibrant blend of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Strata hops, delivering punchy notes of passion fruit and white grape. Its appearance is sparklingly clear with a persistent white head. On the palate, a firm bitterness cuts through a light, neutral malt base, allowing the tropical and vinous hop flavors to shine. Finishing bone-dry and refreshing, it epitomizes a modern, hop-forward American IPA with a clean, focused intensity.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3-5 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Moderate white head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent passion fruit, white grape, and subtle dankness from Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Strata. Clean fermentation with no fruity esters. Very low, neutral, grainy malt support.

Taste. Initial punch of tropical fruit and vinous gooseberry flavors. Medium-high hop bitterness provides a sharp, clean edge. Malt is minimal and crackery, supporting a very dry finish. Aftertaste is lingeringly hoppy with citrus and resin.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, snappy texture. High carbonation enhances the refreshing quality. No perceptible alcohol warmth or astringency.
