This American IPA presents a quintessential West Coast profile, striking a balance between assertive hop intensity and high drinkability. Brilliantly clear, it releases vibrant aromas of zesty grapefruit and dank pine resin, driven by a punchy dry-hop blend of Citra, Cascade, Idaho 7, and Meridian. These hop varieties offer complex layers of tropical fruit and subtle berry that sit atop a lean, supportive base of Crystal malt, which provides a light cereal sweetness and a medium-gold hue. The palate is defined by a firm bitterness and a crisp, dry finish, allowing the resinous and citrusy hop character to linger cleanly.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a persistent, medium-sized white head that leaves moderate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, lime zest, and resinous pine. Secondary layers of tropical stone fruit and a hint of berry are supported by a low, clean, grainy malt sweetness with a touch of caramel.

Taste. Initial impression is very hop-forward with flavors of citrus peel and pine needles. The bitterness is firm and clean, balanced by a low, toasted cereal malt character from the Crystal malt. The fermentation is clean, leading into a dry, crisp finish with a lingering resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a refreshing bite. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated.
