This Helles Bock showcases the technical precision of German brewing, centered on a premium malt bill of Weyermann Barke Pils, Barke Munich, and Vienna. The aroma is defined by a deep grainy sweetness, evoking notes of honey and toasted bread crust with an authentic rustic character. It pours a brilliant deep gold with a creamy, persistent head. On the palate, the beer is pure silk, delivering rich, doughy malt flavors that are expertly balanced by a moderate bitterness. Appearance. Deep gold (approximately 7 SRM) with brilliant clarity; features a large, creamy, and persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderately strong grainy-sweet malt intensity with distinct notes of honey and toasted bread crust; low floral hop aroma is present; exceptionally clean fermentation profile with no esters.

Taste. Rich initial impression of grainy-sweet malt, featuring doughy and lightly toasted flavors; moderate hop bitterness balances the malt presence; low floral hop flavor leads into a well-attenuated, moderately-dry finish that leaves a clean aftertaste of malt and hops.

Sprockets es la versión rubia, pálida y sabrosa de las cervezas Bock alemanas. Al ser una lager de alta graduación, ofrece un perfil de fermentación muy limpio que permite que la malta sea la auténtica protagonista, sin distracciones.

Hemos elaborado la cerveza sobre una selección de maltas de lujo: Weyermann Barke Pils, Barke Munich y Vienna. El resultado es una estructura sólida que destaca por su aroma a grano dulce, con notas profundas de miel, costra de pan horneado y un carácter rústico auténtico.

En boca es pura seda, fiel a su aroma pero con un remate floral que limpia el paladar para el siguiente trago. Una lager con cuerpo, técnica y con ese punto «kitsch» que tanto nos gusta.
