This vibrant Double IPA delivers a concentrated sensory experience, anchored by a substantial addition of oats that creates a silky, shake-like texture. On the nose, a bright and expressive hop profile featuring Simcoe, Eclipse, and Cashmere offers an electric bouquet of citrus, melon, and red berry notes. The palate transitions into deeper, riper fruit expressions, balanced by a subtle resinous edge and a soft, supportive sweetness. While bold and high in intensity, it remains remarkably drinkable, showcasing a clean fermentation profile and a smooth integration of its 8% strength that leaves a lingering hop-forward impression.

Appearance. Hazy gold to light orange (8 SRM) with a moderate-sized, dense, persistent white head and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of sweet citrus, melon, and distinct red berries. Background notes include a clean, grainy-sweet malt character and a hint of resin. Neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of ripe tropical fruit, tangerine, and cantaloupe. Supportive, soft, bready malt sweetness provided by oats. Moderately high bitterness that is firm but smooth, lacking harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering resinous and fruity aftertaste.
