Punk Riot! is a vibrant American IPA that leans into a sessionable profile with a punchy, rebellious hop character. The aromatic profile is dominated by a trio of Krush and El Dorado hops, including concentrated El Dorado Lupomax, which project a sharp assault of grapefruit peel and zesty lime. These bright citrus notes transition into a rush of ripe tropical fruit and a distinctive hint of green gooseberry, reminiscent of southern hemisphere cultivars. A crisp, clean malt backbone allows the resinous hop qualities to take center stage, concluding with a balanced bitterness and a refreshing, lingering fruit finish that invites the next sip.

Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM) with a medium-sized, persistent white head and delicate lacing. Clarity is mostly clear with a very light, permissible haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent grapefruit peel, lime zest, and ripe tropical fruits like pineapple. A subtle green gooseberry note adds complexity. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a neutral background with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Immediate hop-forward impression of citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors of grapefruit and lime dominate the entry, followed by mango and a touch of herbal resin.
