This American IPA presents a contemporary, vegan-friendly profile that replaces traditional lactose with a substantial addition of oats to achieve a remarkably soft, cloud-like mouthfeel. The sensory experience is led by an intense aromatic display of tropical passion fruit and ripe mango, which is grounded by a pungent, dank hemp-like resinous quality. The pale malt base remains clean and supportive, allowing the complex hop character to dominate. It concludes with a balanced, snackable bitterness that cleanses the palate, while the significant oat-derived body provides a lingering, creamy smoothness that softens the overall hop impact without sacrificing its refreshing nature.
Appearance. Medium gold color with a persistent, thick white head and significant lacing. Exhibits a noticeable haze characteristic of a high oat grist.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical passion fruit and mango, intertwined with a resinous, dank, and herbal hemp-like character. Very low clean, bready malt background with neutral fermentation.
