This modern American IPA bridges tradition and innovation with a crisp, golden profile. The grist, featuring lager malt, chit, and wheat, provides a lean, refreshing foundation, while a touch of T-50 malt adds a hint of honeyed sweetness. A bold dry hop of Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra Lupomax, and Strata unleashes a vibrant sensory spectrum. Expect a rush of tropical passion fruit and mango, sharp citrus, and a subtle, dank resinous layer. It finishes remarkably dry and clean, showcasing the interplay between its complex hop oils and a refined, crackery malt base that lands with precision.

Appearance. Medium gold (6-7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, white, persistent head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Prominent intensity featuring American and New World hop characteristics: tropical mango, passion fruit, and citrus zest. A distinct dank and resinous quality is present. Low, clean, grainy maltiness with a hint of toasted sweetness provides a subtle backdrop. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. High hop flavor echoing the aroma with layers of grapefruit, pineapple, and berry. Medium-high bitterness is firm but integrated. The malt character is low to medium-low, appearing as clean grain and light toast. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, hoppy, and pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
