This powerful Double IPA showcases an intense sensory profile, balancing its 10% ABV with exceptional drinkability. A foundation of Pilsner malt, flaked barley, oats, and wheat creates a dense, creamy texture that carries a massive hop load. A significant whirlpool addition of Mosaic establishes deep tropical notes, while a dry-hop combination of Motueka, Vic Secret, and Sabro introduces distinct piña colada vibes, coconut cream, and a vibrant lime-lemon citrus punch. Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing. Shows a slight haze consistent with its high protein content from wheat and oats.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of coconut, pineapple, and mango from Sabro and Mosaic, alongside a sharp lime-lemon citrus character from Motueka. Background malt is low and neutral-grainy, with a subtle, clean alcohol presence and light fruity esters.
