This Double IPA presents a vibrant sensory spectrum where a complex foundation of six malts provides a soft backdrop for intense hop expression. Aromas of passion fruit and juicy gummy bear sweetness lead the charge, followed by deep notes of ripe stone fruit that reverberate through the palate. Despite the 8.1% ABV, the finish remains clean and medium-dry, balancing the lush tropical bursts with a firm, refined bitterness. The multi-grain malt bill adds a sophisticated depth, allowing the hop layers to shine without becoming heavy, resulting in a modern Imperial IPA that offers high drinkability and resonant fruit character.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (8-10 SRM) with a slight, modern haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical passion fruit, ripe peach, and apricot stone fruit. A unique gummy bear confectionery sweetness blends with a clean, grainy, multi-malt background. Fermentation is clean with very low esters and a subtle, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. An initial burst of tropical passion fruit and stone fruit flavors follows the aroma. The malt profile is supportive and soft, showcasing a light grainy complexity from the six-malt blend without being cloying. Bitterness is firm and moderately high, yet smooth. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering echo of resinous hops and fruit candy.
