Dogtown es nuestra West Coast Pale Ale más callejera: dorada, limpia y fácil de beber. Está elaborada con una base de maltas pale, dextrin y chit que le dan el cuerpo justo y la complejidad necesaria, sin perder frescura ni ligereza.

Lleva doble dosis de Mosaic en el hervido y un toque de Idaho 7 en el whirlpool: amargor ligero pero con capas que dan carácter.

En nariz, gracias a su dry-hop, despliega delicados matices de piña, hierba recién cortada y resina de pino. En boca, se deja beber con suavidad, ligera y equilibrada, con un final limpio que invita a otro sorbo tras sorbo, sin esfuerzo.
