Après Beach is a vibrant American IPA that captures the essence of summer through a complex "tutti frutti" sensory profile. Its hazy, golden body is powered by an intensive dry hop of Azacca, Palisade, and El Dorado, alongside Mosaic, BRU-1, and Citra Lupomax. The result is a sensory explosion of candied pineapple and tropical stone fruits. A smooth, velvety mouthfeel carries these juicy flavors across the palate, finishing with a soft, clean bitterness that invites another sip. The low-to-moderate malt presence provides a neutral canvas for the lupulin-forward character to shine, making it an exceptionally refreshing reward after a long day in the sun.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with a pronounced, persistent haze. Features a medium-sized, frothy white head with excellent persistence and intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by candied pineapple, mango, and a medley of tropical fruits. Specific notes of citrus zest and melon are supported by a very low, clean, grainy malt character. Fermentation is clean with high hop-derived esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit freshness, specifically pineapple from the BRU-1 and El Dorado hops. The palate follows the "tutti frutti" aroma with layers of mango and citrus. Low grainy maltiness provides a light support. Bitterness is moderate and smooth rather than aggressive, leading to a soft, medium-dry finish with a lingering juicy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Moderate carbonation. No harshness or astringency. Very light, well-integrated warmth consistent with its strength.
