This Micro IPA delivers a remarkably vibrant sensory experience despite its sessionable strength. A punchy hop profile driven by Citra, Simcoe, and Sabro hops defines the character, radiating intense aromas of sun-ripened pineapple and bright citrus zest. The inclusion of Sabro introduces a distinctive and creamy coconut undertone that softens the edges of the sharp, refreshing pine resin notes. Representing a lean interpretation of the American IPA style, it features a restrained, cracker-like malt backbone that allows the hop-derived tropical and evergreen flavors to remain the primary focus, culminating in a crisp, bone-dry finish.

Appearance. Medium gold (6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, frothy white head that exhibits good persistence and leaves light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical pineapple, grapefruit, and a unique creamy coconut character. A background of pine resin adds depth, while the malt remains low and clean with a faint grainy-sweet quality. Fermentation is very clean.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-dominant with flavors of pineapple and citrus peel. A moderate bitterness is well-integrated, supported by a low, neutral malt profile. Sabro hops contribute a subtle coconut sweetness that balances the resinous pine notes from the Simcoe. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, lean texture. Carbonation is medium-high and lively. Alcohol warmth is completely absent, and there is no hop harshness or astringency.
