This American IPA delivers an intense, hop-forward sensory experience that balances sessionable drinkability with professional-grade depth. The double dry-hopping process highlights the vibrant character of Citra, Mosaic Cryo, and HBC 431. Expect a pungent bouquet of grapefruit, mango, and distinct blueberry notes, underpinned by the experimental herbal and stone fruit nuances of HBC 431. The malt profile is kept intentionally lean and grainy to provide a clean stage for the hop oils to shine. It finishes crisp and dry, with a lingering tropical resin and a refreshing bitterness that invites the next sip.

Appearance. Deep gold (6-8 SRM) with a slight, modern hop haze. Topped by a persistent, medium-sized white head with fine bubbles and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by citrus zest, passion fruit, and blueberry. Secondary notes of peach and a hint of earthy spice. Clean fermentation profile with a very low, bready malt background.

Taste. Leading with a bold hop flavor profile of grapefruit and tropical berries. The bitterness is firm but clean, supported by a light, crackery malt backbone. The mid-palate remains focused on hop character with a resinous edge. Finishes medium-dry to dry with a lingering citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, soft texture. High carbonation provides a crisp, refreshing bite. No perceptible alcohol warmth or hop-derived astringency.
