I Thought We Were Enemies es una cerveza artesana de Basqueland elaborada en colaboración con los estonios Pohjala . Esta Imperial Porter se ha envejecido durante 310 días en barricas de cognac con más de 15 años. ¡Toda una delicia! NOTA DE CATA: Color negro y opaco con una fina capa de espuma beige, de baja retención. Aromas a chocolate, café y, sobre todo, cognac. Su entrada en boca es suave, delicada, densa y cremosa. Esta cerveza tiene mucho cuerpo y carácter. Las notas a café y chocolate aparecen nuevamente, acompañadas de caramelo, madera y torrefactos. Y, sobre todo, cognac. Cerveza cálida y alcohólica, de trago muy largo y para disfrutar con muuucha calma. 11,5% vol. / 44 cl. / 55 IBU INGREDIENTES: Agua, malta de cebada , avena , lactosa , lúpulo y levadura. RECOMENDACIONES: Servir a una temperatura en torno a 14 - 16ºC en copa Snifter. Disfrutar lentamente leyendo un libro o viendo tu película favorita.
