This Hazy IPA is a vibrant Southern Hemisphere showcase, pouring a deep straw with a dense, meringue-like head. The aroma is a tropical explosion driven by the combination of Motueka, Rakau, Riwaka, and Vic Secret hops, offering layers of fresh lime, crushed passion fruit, and ripe apricot. On the palate, the hop intensity remains high, delivering juicy pineapple and stone fruit flavors against a soft, bready malt backdrop. The mouthfeel is notably smooth and medium-full, typical of the style, with a restrained bitterness that allows the lush fruit profile of the New Zealand and Australian hops to linger through a clean, off-dry finish.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM); opaque with a hazy shine; medium, rocky, white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring passion fruit and citrus zest from Riwaka and Motueka, alongside stone fruit and pineapple notes from Rakau and Vic Secret; low bready malt character; clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. High hop flavor of mango, lime, and peach; low to medium-low bitterness providing a soft, juicy balance; light grainy malt in the background; finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste that lacks any harshness.
