Take A Seat is a powerhouse Double IPA that exemplifies a modern, juice-forward approach to the style. Dominated by a massive 38g/L dry-hop addition of Mosaic and Galaxy, the profile is saturated with intense tropical notes of passion fruit, ripe mango, and sweet citrus, supported by Mosaic’s signature blueberry and earthy resin undertones. At 8% ABV, the beer achieves a remarkable 'smoothy-like' quality, where the alcohol is seamlessly integrated into a luxurious, hop-oil-rich body. The malt remains a clean, neutral canvas, ensuring the vibrant New World hop character remains the focus from the initial aromatic burst to the soft, rounded finish.

Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light orange with a luminous, soft haze. Topped by a dense, persistent off-white head that leaves thick, soapy lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma characterized by a complex melange of tropical fruit, specifically passion fruit and pineapple, alongside distinct notes of blueberry, peach, and citrus zest. A very low, neutral grainy malt sweetness sits in the background, complemented by a clean fermentation profile and a faint, pleasant hint of alcohol.

Taste. An immediate explosion of hop flavor mirrors the aroma, delivering saturated layers of mango, apricot, and resinous citrus. The malt provides a low, soft, bready support without any distracting caramel. Bitterness is firm and moderately high, yet remarkably smooth and devoid of harshness, leading into a medium-dry finish with a long, lingering resinous fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with a smooth, almost creamy texture that enhances the 'juicy' perception. Carbonation is moderate, providing a gentle lift. A soft, restrained alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no hop-derived astringency.
