This Specialty IPA presents an intriguing intersection of dark malt complexity and vibrant, fruit-forward hops. The sensory profile is defined by intense aromatic layers of cherry jam and orange marmalade, specifically driven by the use of HBC 630 and Idaho 7 hops. Beneath the bold hop canopy, a foundation of toasted malt and light chocolate provides a perceived sticky sweetness that bridges the gap between the roasted character and the high hopping rate. On the palate, stone fruit and citrus zest layer over a smooth, medium body, concluding with a firm bitterness and a clean, slightly resinous finish that remains true to its American IPA roots.
