This modern American Pale Ale serves as a potent showcase for the Idaho 7 hop, utilized here in both T90 and Cryo formats. The sensory profile is dominated by an aggressive aromatic punch of ruby red grapefruit and pungent, weedy dankness. Despite its moderate strength, the hop intensity is high, supported by a soft, hazy body and a saturated yeast character that adds subtle tropical esters. A neutral, grainy malt base provides just enough structure to balance the resinous hop oils without distracting from the primary citrus and pine focus. It finishes clean and dry, leaving a lingering, zesty bitterness on the palate.

Appearance. Pale golden (5-6 SRM) with a persistent, dense white head and good lacing. Distinctive haze as specified by the brewer, departing from traditional clarity.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring pungent grapefruit, resinous pine, and a distinct herbal, weedy dankness. Low neutral grainy maltiness supports moderate tropical fruit esters derived from the yeast.
