Daddy Bear is a luxurious Hazy IPA defined by its thick, porridge-like texture derived from a substantial oat-heavy base. This Aussie IPA highlights a quartet of southern hops, where Galaxy and Vic Secret erupt with intense passionfruit and pineapple aromas. Enigma introduces complex layers of red currant and melon, while Eclipse anchors the profile with bright mandarin citrus and a hint of pine. The sensory experience is deeply tropical and succulent, featuring a soft, pillowy mouthfeel that carries the high hop intensity without harshness. It finishes with a gentle, lingering fruit-skin bitterness and a clean, grainy malt sweetness.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM); opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring punchy passionfruit, pineapple, and ripe peach; distinct notes of mandarin orange and subtle red berry. Background malt is grainy-sweet and bready; fermentation is clean with light tropical esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of melon, stone fruit, and citrus; low to medium-high perceived bitterness that is smooth and well-integrated. Low bready malt flavor; finish is off-dry to medium and soft, leaving a juicy, fruity aftertaste without harsh resin.
