Cats is a quintessential Hazy IPA, radiating a vibrant tropical profile driven by a heavy-hitting hop trio. Massive additions of Galaxy, Citra, and Mosaic produce an intense aromatic bouquet of passion fruit, ripe mango, and zesty grapefruit. The palate is saturated with juicy stone fruit and blueberry notes, supported by a soft, pillowy malt backbone that emphasizes a smooth, velvety texture over sharp bitterness. This haze bomb delivers a lush, fruit-forward experience with a clean, off-dry finish that highlights the complex biotransformation of its world-class hops, making it a definitive example of the modern style's juice-centric intent.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a significant, opaque haze that provides a characteristic glow. Crowned by a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring punchy tropical fruit, crushed pineapple, and citrus zest. Secondary notes of peach and subtle pine are evident. The malt is low and bready, serving only to support the hop-forward profile, while fermentation remains clean with neutral esters.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavors of mango, lime, and passion fruit. Malt character is low and bready, providing a supportive sweetness. Perceived bitterness is low to medium-low, appearing soft and integrated. The finish is off-dry and exceptionally smooth, leaving a lingering impression of tropical fruit juice without any hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and rounded texture. Carbonation is moderate. The beer exhibits no astringency or harshness, with a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth consistent with its strength.
