Brainstorm is a vibrant American Pale Ale that highlights a modern, hop-forward profile with a remarkably soft delivery. The aroma is dominated by a huge, wafty presence of Mosaic and Azacca hops, yielding intense notes of ripe mango, blueberry, and bright citrus. An oaty base provides a smooth, grainy foundation that supports the bold tropical fruit character without adding heavy sweetness. The finish is clean and refreshing, balancing a moderate bitterness with a lingering essence of stone fruit. Appearance. Pale golden to light amber (6 SRM) with a slight, persistent haze from the oat addition. Features a moderately large, frothy white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical notes of mango and pineapple from Azacca, alongside the characteristic blueberry and earthy citrus of Mosaic. A low, clean, bready malt scent and light grainy notes from the oats provide a subtle backdrop. Fermentation is clean with very low fruity esters.
