Krieger is a robust American IPA that balances a seductive four-malt backbone with an exuberant hop profile. The classic pairing of Centennial and Cascade hops delivers a punchy aromatic bouquet of grapefruit zest, floral blossoms, and resinous pine. At 7% ABV, it possesses an unexpected strength that is well-integrated into a smooth, medium-bodied frame. The complex malt bill provides a steady foundation of light caramel and toasted bread, ensuring the firm bitterness remains harmonious. It finishes clean and dry, leaving a lingering trail of citrus peel and forest floor notes that reflect its bold character.
Appearance. Medium gold to light reddish-amber in color; clear with a slight haze. Features a persistent, medium-sized off-white head with good lacing.
