This non-alcoholic American IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile defined by the expressive use of Citra and Sultana hops. The aromatics are dominated by bright pineapple and grapefruit zest, transitioning into a palate rich with tropical fruit oils and a clean, resinous snap. Despite its lack of alcohol, it maintains a classic hop-forward balance with a firm bitterness that cuts through the light, grainy malt backbone. The juicy character imparts a soft fruitiness that lingers into a crisp, dry finish, making it a refreshing, hop-centric experience that honors its stylistic roots while remaining exceptionally sessionable and clean.
Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM); hazy clarity consistent with the juicy style; medium-sized, white head with good persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, grapefruit, and a hint of resinous pine from the Citra and Sultana hops. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a subtle background, with a clean fermentation profile and light tropical esters.
