Peacocks Bitter is a sessionable Ordinary Bitter that revitalizes traditional British heritage with a vibrant hop profile. The foundation is built on bready and lightly toasty malts, providing a delicate biscuity backdrop for a complex hop blend. Target and Fuggles supply a foundational layer of earthy, resinous, and herbal bitterness, while a modern twist of Amarillo and Styrian Cardinal introduces bright notes of citrus, floral meadows, and subtle stone fruit.
